Fresh Books is very easy to use and saves you time on expenses tracking, invoicing, and billing.

You don’t have to be accountants to learn how to use the software successfully.

Setup of Fresh books will take you only ten minutes.

Then you can add clients and connect your bank account.

Fresh Books has the following menus: Dashboard, Invoices, Estimates, Clients,

Expenses, Projects, and Time Tracking.

When you open your account for the first time, you can watch a quick video tour of the software

and click the “set up my business” button, which will guide you through the setup process.

Your dashboard is well-organized with charts to give you a view of your business’s activity.

convert estimates to invoices.

Time tracking is available in Fresh Books.

You can enter time manually or with the built-in timer and apply them to any task or project.

You also have the option to allow your clients to view the hours you’ve logged on a project.

Fresh Books offers a lot of reports include time sheets, customer reviews, and a quarterly report card.

All reports can be exported to a CSV or XL file. In addition, you can choose to receive a weekly overview

report via email.

Fresh Books supports 150 currencies and you can send invoices in 13 different languages.
